Recently Trowbridge RFC celebrated their 75th Season playing rugby in 2007.
And it would appear that Oldfield Old Boys were the first fixture Trowbridge acknowledged back in 1932. To find out more about this little slice of history then please follow the link http://www.trowbridgerfc.co.uk/history/75ann.php The article goes on to say that the newly established rugby club had their first game away in Bath to Oldfield Old Boys on Saturday 30th January 1932, which Oldfield went onto to win 18-3.
