 Oldfield Old Boys Rugby Football Club was established in 1950 and fields 3 Senior teams each week, plus Vets and U19 sides. Our 1st XV play in Southern Counties South, Our 2nd XV in Somerset 2 North & 3rd XV in Somerset 3 North.
You can find us at Shaft Road, Combe Down, Bath and are welcome to join us for training, every Tuesday & Thursday (7pm to 9pm). We are a social and welcoming club, so if you are new to the area, or fancy playing rugby, at any level, then get in touch - we are always happy to welcome new players. Oldfield romped to a morale-boosting 33-0 Somerset Cup quarter-final victory at Yatton last Saturday. 
Three tries from in form Jack Burns plus one each from......
Joel Hawkins and Sean Jones and four Sumsion conversions were enough to see Oldfield defeat their South West 2 West opponents. Apologies for the very abridged match report, hopefully in future weeks a fuller report will be forthcoming from within the 1st Team Squad (come on lads, help us out....please!). |
